- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. cognac
- 3 Tbsp. Kahlua
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
- toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Heat sugar in water until sugar dissolves; set aside.

2Mix eggs, salt and chocolate chips in blender.

3Add the sugar mixture slowly and blend until thick.

4Cool.

5Add cognac and Kahlua.

6Fold half of the cream into chocolate mixture.

7Chill several hours in small wine glasses.

8Top with remaining whipped cream and slivered almonds before serving.

9Serves 6.
