  • 3 T. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. kahlua or strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 3/4 pecan halves toasted
  • 1 # brie

Directions

    Dissolve brown sugar in kahlua in medium saucepan over low heat, add pecans and heat. Spoon over brie and place on microwave safe shallow bowl. Microwave on high for for 1 to 2 minutes. Watch carefully it melts quickly, you just want it slightly soft. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
