  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. kahlua
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. + pecans
  • pastry crust for 9-inch pie

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans; mix well.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then bake at 325° for about 40 minutes.
