Kahlua Pecan Pie

  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell, chilled
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. whole or chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325° until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill.
