- 1 pastry shell
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Kahlua
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry and chill.

2Preheat oven to 400°.

3Cream together butter, sugar, flour and vanilla.

4Mix well.

5Beat in eggs, one at a time.

6Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, milk and pecans.

7Mix well.

8Pour into pie crust.

9Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake until firm (about 40 minutes).

10Chill.
