- 3 (1 lb.) garlic ring bologna
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1 qt. water
- 3 medium size onions, sliced into rings
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 tsp. hot pepper seed
- 1 tsp. dried chopped garlic
Directions

1Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a 1 gallon jug (wide mouth).

2Add more to your taste of any of the mixture if needed. Add in thirds to the mixed brine the sliced bologna and sliced onion rings.

3Add the pepper seeds and chopped garlic.

4Continue adding the ingredients until all is used up.

5Stir well. Refrigerate and stir daily.

6Will be ready to eat in about a week. Remove casing and slice into 1/4-inch pieces.
