  • 12 cup brine (from the olives)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons gluten
  • 13 cup walnuts
  • 23 cup kalamata olives or 3 dozen pitted kalamata olives

Directions
