  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup asiago cheese, sliced thinly (I used a vegetable peeler)
