- 1 bunch organic kale
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
Directions

1Preheat an oven to 350F.

2Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

3(Can use foil/ rack or omit to preference.)

4Remove the stems from the leaves and break into bite size pieces.

5Wash and thoroughly dry.

6Coat the leaves lightly with the olive oil.

7Sprinkle with salt if desired, or lightly once on baking pan.

8Bake until the edges brown, but are not burnt.

9This can take 8 to 10 minutes depending on your oven, so if first time making kale chips, be sure to watch and rotate trays half way.

10Season to taste.
