Ingredients

  • 7 ounces, fluid Kale, Chopped And Stems Removed
  • 3 cups Farro, Cooked
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3/4 cups Crumbled Goat Cheese

Directions

    Mix together the kale, farro, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, walnuts and dried cranberries. Add balasmic vinegar and mix. Add goat cheese and gently mix together.

    Chill before serving. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
