  • 120 g kale
  • 13 cup almonds
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium pear
  • 13 cup black beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese

    Soak Kale, remove stems, and tear into small pieces.

    Add everything else and mix together, leaving avocado for last, just putting it on top with a pinch of salt.
