- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 10 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 14 ounces canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 cup nutritional yeast
Directions

1heat oil and saute onions and garlic.

2add brown sugar, oregano and thyme and cook until sugar melts.

3add kale and heat until cooked down but not over soft.

4add beans, vinegar and salt.

5sprinkle nutritional yeast on before serving.
