- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans white beans, undrained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
- pepper
- 14 lb sausage (cooked & crumbled)
Directions

1Saute garlic & onion in 1 tbsp oil till soft.

2Add kale and saute till wilted.

3Add all other ingredients & simmer.

4Can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
