  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans white beans, undrained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
  • pepper
  • 14 lb sausage (cooked & crumbled)

Directions

    Saute garlic & onion in 1 tbsp oil till soft.

    Add kale and saute till wilted.

    Add all other ingredients & simmer.

    Can sprinkle with chopped parsley.
