- 1 pastry crust
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. whole or chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. Kahlua
Directions

1Set oven at 400°.

2Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour.

3Mix well.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Stir in Kahlua, syrup, milk and pecans.

6Mix well.

7Pour into pie pan.

8In crust lightly press in some finely chopped pecans.

9Then sprinkle with cinnamon.

10Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°.

11Bake until firm, about 40 minutes, then chill.
