- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lg. green bell pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt,
- to taste
Directions

1Cook rice according to rice directions, adding parsley during the last five minutes of cooking.
