  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lg. green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt,
  • to taste

Directions

    Cook rice according to rice directions, adding parsley during the last five minutes of cooking.

    Keep warm.

    Saute green bell pepper in butter until tender.

    Add green bell pepper, grated onion and salt to the rice.

    Stir well; serve hot.
