  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, syrup and butter (or margarine).

    Add eggs and pecans.

    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center of pie comes out clean.
