- 2 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1 1/2 c. kasha
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in oil.

2Boil water.

3Add carrot, kasha, onion and garlic.

4Cover, reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Mix in egg and flour.

5Pour in a greased casserole.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
