- 2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
- 3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
- 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water
Directions

1Place yoghurt in a bowl.

2Whip it well with a wooden spoon.

3Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.

4Serve chilled.
