  • 2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
  • 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water

Directions

    Place yoghurt in a bowl.

    Whip it well with a wooden spoon.

    Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.

    Serve chilled.
