  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt (or Kosher Salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Wash raw chicken and pat dry with paper towel.

    Flatten chicken breasts on a cutting board using a mallet.

    Then season with salt and pepper.

    Set aside.

    Put dry ingredients: flour, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, onion powder, and parsley in a bowl and stir until blended together.

    In another bowl, add the eggs and milk.

    Mix well with a wisk.

    Dip chicken in the egg first, then coat with the flour/ bread crumb mixture.

    Place chicken in a lightly greased glass pyrex baking dish and cover with tin foil.

    Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
