Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. pitted ripe olives
- 1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
- lettuce and other greens
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix vinegar and oil.

2Add olives, artichokes and mushrooms. Stir gently and chill.

3When ready to serve, fill a large salad bowl with crisp lettuce.

4Pour marinated mix over salad greens. Slice onion, tomato and cucumber on top.

5Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

6Serve with the following dressing.
