  • 1 lb. raw lean, cubed beef
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed (depending on size)
  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts, prepared
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Thaw pie crusts according to package directions.

    Place one crust in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.

    Cube potatoes, beef and quarter onion.

    Place in pie crust.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with second pie crust.

    Vent with knife (slits).

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.

    Cover with foil if crust becomes brown too quickly.
