- 1 lb. raw lean, cubed beef
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed (depending on size)
- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts, prepared
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Thaw pie crusts according to package directions.

2Place one crust in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.

3Cube potatoes, beef and quarter onion.

4Place in pie crust.

5Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with second pie crust.

6Vent with knife (slits).

7Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.

8Cover with foil if crust becomes brown too quickly.
