  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    margarine, cocoa, oil and water to a boil.

    Add this mixture to flour and sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla to first mixture.

    Pour into three 9-inch pans and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
