- 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 36 saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
Directions

1Combine ground chuck, eggs, vegetable soup, tomato sauce, cracker crumbs and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl; mix lightly until blended.

2Shape into meat loaf.

3Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until richly glazed.

4For finished touch, mix small amount of brown sugar and honey for topping and heat meat loaf an additional fifteen minutes.
