Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Grease free-form pan.

2Make a zwieback or vanilla wafer crust. Line pan with crust.

3Bake 5 minutes at 325°.

4Let cool.

5Mix Ricotta and cream cheese together until smooth.

6Add sour cream and mix well.

7Add 3 eggs, one at a time; mix well.

8Mix cornstarch and sugar together.

9Add lemon juice, vanilla and melted butter.

10Add to cheese and eggs and beat with whisk until smooth.

11Pour into crust.

12Put in 325° oven and bake for 1 hour. Leave in oven and turn oven off.

13Leave it for 8 hours.

14Remove and cool.

15Store in refrigerator.
