- 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
Directions

1Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine and press into baking dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

2Spread coconut over crust.

3Pour Eagle Brand milk over coconut.

4Return to oven until lightly browned. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter.

5Pour over cookies.

6Cool and place in fridge.

7Cut in small pieces.

8Before putting in fridge, run a knife around outside of cookies. It makes it easier to get out of pans.
