- 12 kg hamour fillet or 12 kg kingfish
- 1 big onion
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic paste
- 14 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 4 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon whole jeera
- salt
- 3 slices soft bread
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Wash the fish and steam it for 10 minutes.

2Remove the skin and bones.

3Place all the ingredients in a food processor till a soft smooth dough is formed.

4Remove and divide the mixture into small balls.

5Flatten the balls.

6Shallow fry in oil.

7Drain on kitchen paper.

8Serve with garlic and tomato sauce!
