- 2 c. White Lily self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 tsp. butter
- milk or buttermilk
Directions

1Chop Crisco into flour.

2Same with butter if not using buttermilk.

3Pour in milk a little at a time.

4Mix until it forms into a dough ball (not stiff).

5Pat out into flour.

6Cut out biscuits.

7Bake at 425° until golden brown, about 22 to 25 minutes, on a buttered cookie sheet.
