Kellogg'S All Bran Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
  • 2 c. All Bran
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses
  • raisins or currants (optional)

Directions

    Soak All Bran in buttermilk while mixing flour with soda; also mix brown sugar with molasses. Mix all together.

    Grease CAN and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Save a large soup can or any smaller cans. Good spread with cream cheese. Yum!
