  • 5 whole Avocados
  • 2 whole To 3 Whole Tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole Small White Onion
  • 13 cups Sour Cream
  • Garlic Salt, to taste
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Directions

    Remove the pit and skin from 5 avocados.

    Using a potato masher, roughly mash the avocados in a bowl.

    Dice 2-3 tomatoes, depending on size.

    Finely dice half of one small, white onion and using a strainer rinse the onion under cold running water.

    Add the tomato and onion to the avocado mash and mix with a spoon.

    Sprinkle the top with some garlic salt and add the sour cream.

    Stir with a spoon and taste.

    Its okay if its not too salty because the tortilla chips add salt.
