Ingredients
- 2 or 3 lb. roast (beef or pork)
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. hot sauce
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 or 2 c. broth
Directions

1Cook roast in crock-pot overnight or in pressure cooker for 2 hours.

2Shred with fork and remove fat.

3Set aside.

4Cook onions and celery in broth until tender.

5Mix all other ingredients in mixing bowl.

6Empty broth from crock-pot and add all the ingredients together.

7Stir well and cook in crock-pot for 3 to 4 hours.

8Stir occasionally.
