- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. thyme, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 c. shredded raw potato
- 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. frozen corn
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 soup can water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In large saucepan, cook onion with basil and thyme in butter until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil; reduce heat.

4Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are done. Stir often.

5Makes about 8 cups.
