- 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. diced onion
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cheese.

2Pour half of mixture into greased iron skillet.

3Sprinkle with half (1/4 cup) Cheddar cheese. Pour in remaining half of corn bread mixture.

4Top with remainder 1/4 cup cheese.

5Bake at 475° for 30 minutes.
