  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine

    Melt butter, beat eggs, and combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl (do not drain corn).
