- 2 cup Croutons
- 8 each Eggs
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Minced onions
- 2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325'F

2Brown sausages in skillet

3Whip eggs and add all ingredients except sausage and croutons

4Cut sausages in thirds
-
5Place sausages in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

6Add egg mixture to dish with sausage

7Top with croutons
-
8Bake for 1 hour or until center is set

9Can prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight.

10If so, bring to room temp before placing in oven.
