- 2 cups non fat dry milk
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup unsalted butter stick, 1/2
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 3 saffron strands of
- pistachios Chopped
Directions

1In a microwave safe bowl, (Use a deep microwaveable bowl so it doesn't overflow )melt the butter for 30 seconds.

2Add milk powder and condensed milk and mix well.

3Microwave uncovered for 2 mins. Stir well, microwave again for another 2 mins.

4Microwave in 1 min interval until you see the mixture getting thick

5Add the cardamom powder and saffron powder(Keep saffron in your pam and rub with your thumb)

6The batter should have a crumbled texture and should not brown at the bottom.

7Now allow the mixture to cool . Grease hands with ghee/butter and make small balls, flatten it with the palm of your hand.

8Garnish with chopped pistachios.
