  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard spice
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

    Core, cook and grind tomatoes in a food mill.

    Put in refrigerator overnight.

    Spoon off water.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Cook 10 minutes or until thick.
