- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. lime juice
Directions

1Mix together at medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Pour into a prepared tube pan.

3Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove from pan.

4Replace in pan.

5Put holes in top of cake with a toothpick and pour glaze over the cake. Let sit for 30 minutes and then turn out to a plate. Store, covered.
