  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lime juice

    Mix together at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into a prepared tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove from pan.

    Replace in pan.

    Put holes in top of cake with a toothpick and pour glaze over the cake. Let sit for 30 minutes and then turn out to a plate. Store, covered.
