- 1 whole Sleeve Of Graham Crackers (a Sleeve From A 14 Oz. Box), Processed Into Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cans (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cups Lime Juice
- 1-1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, and press into a pie plate. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

3Place cream cheese into a mixer, and beat until creamy and soft. Add sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until combined. Slowly add the lime juice, waiting until it looks incorporated before you add more. Set aside.

4Add the heavy cream to a bowl, and beat on medium speed until soft peaks form (approximately 3-5 minutes). Once the cream is peak-y, gently fold the cream cheese and lime mixture into the cream, a little at a time, until completely incorporated.

5Once the pie crust is cooled, pour the filling in, and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm. Yummers!
