- 6 egg yolks
- 2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle lime juice from concentrate
- yellow or green food coloring (optional)
- whipped cream or whipped topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring.

3Pour into prepared pastry shell.
