- 1 (10-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. Key lime juice concentrate
- green coloring (if desired)
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until very light colored.

2Add milk, then juice, blending well.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Bake in 325° oven for 40 minutes.

5(A 9-inch pie will need about 10 minutes less baking time.)

6Cool well, then chill at least 15 minutes.

7Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
