  • 1 (10-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice concentrate
  • green coloring (if desired)

Directions

    Beat egg yolks until very light colored.

    Add milk, then juice, blending well.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in 325° oven for 40 minutes.

    (A 9-inch pie will need about 10 minutes less baking time.)

    Cool well, then chill at least 15 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
