  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 c. juice (lemon or lime)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix together milk, juice and egg yolks.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Make meringue with egg whites beaten stiff with sugar. Top pie and bake at 325° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
