- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.

2Blend in condensed milk; slowly add lime juice and mix well.

3Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until foamy.

4Continue to beat and add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until forms peaks.

5Fold 7 tablespoons of meringue into filling.

6Pour into 9-inch pie shell and top with remaining meringue.

7Bake at 330° until brown.
