  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of vanilla

Directions

    Mix milk, lime juice and egg yolks.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add 3 tablespoons sugar and dash of vanilla.

    Cover top of pie and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    May be served with whipped cream.
