- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Borden condensed milk
- 4 to 5 Key limes (1/2 c. juice)
Directions

1Bake graham cracker crust in a 300° oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

2Separate 3 eggs.

3Beat yolks.

4Set aside whites.

5Add condensed milk and stir.

6Squeeze limes.

7Add to mixture and stir.

8Beat egg whites until stiff.

9Fold into Key lime mixture.

10Pour mixture into baked shell.

11Bake in a slow oven (250°) for 1 hour until set.

12Bake in a 300° oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
