  • Graham cracker crust
  • (2 pkg graham crackers, crumbled)
  • (2 sticks butter, melted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c key lime juice
  • 14 oz can sweetened cond milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cream of tartar
  • 1 lime, sliced

Directions

    Preheat 325. Separate two eggs. Add one whole egg to yolks. Beat in juice and milk. Clean beaters. Beat whites w/salt and tartar until just stiff. Fold into juice mix. Pour into crust. Bake 10-15 min until set. Cool then refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and sliced limes.
