  • 4 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. water
  • 1 tsp. grated lime peel
  • Few drops green food color, optional
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. heavy cream whipped
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
