  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cup key lime juice (Key Largo)
  • 12 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 9 inches graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 egg yolks

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325.

    Beat the Egg yolks vigerously until thick and sunny yellow.

    Add condensed milk and beat very slowly, gradulally add the lime juice and cream of tarter.

    Spoon filling into crust.

    Bake until set, Serve with Whip Cream.
