- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
- whipped cream
- lime slices
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.

2Add the sweetened condensed milk and the lime peel.

3Gradually add the lime juice, beating at medium speed until mixed.

4Turn mixture into baked pastry shell.

5Cover and chill 4 hours.
