  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 4 c. water
  • parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 to 4 c. half and half or milk
  • 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 lb. seafood of your choice, diced

    Saute onion in butter and flour and stir 2 minutes over medium heat.

    Gradually add half and half, stirring another 2 minutes. Set aside.
