Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup grape must
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom grounded
  • 4 drops rose water
  • 1/4 cup almonds soaked and dehydrated
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon rose petals

Directions

    Mix coconut milk with chia seeds, grape must, cardamom and rose water

    Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours

    Remove the puree from the refrigerator and stir well to break up the lumps

    Transfer to individual serving plates with spoon

    Sprinkle coconut flakes over puree

    Cut along the almonds and place them over the puree with raisins

    Garnish with rose petals fragments
