- 1/3 cup grape must
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom grounded
- 4 drops rose water
- 1/4 cup almonds soaked and dehydrated
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon rose petals
Directions

1Mix coconut milk with chia seeds, grape must, cardamom and rose water

2Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours

3Remove the puree from the refrigerator and stir well to break up the lumps

4Transfer to individual serving plates with spoon

5Sprinkle coconut flakes over puree

6Cut along the almonds and place them over the puree with raisins

7Garnish with rose petals fragments
